Local Taxes, wherever applicable, is borne and paid by the Buyer/Customer/User/You and not to be borne by Courier Company/ SatushaCreations. The price of products offered on the Website is either equal to or lesser than the Maximum Retail Price (“MRP”) i.e., the discounted rate prescribed for those products.
- ) Your shipping address, pin code will be verified with the database of SatushaCreations before You proceed to pay for Your purchase. In the event/case where Your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request You to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our partner’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product shipped by SatushaCreations, we will be providing a resolution by getting delivery arranged within 7 working days, or by refunds (only to the extent of the invoice value).

- ) Satusha Creations may occasionally/daily/weekly/monthly send marketing information to you, such as discount coupons, new product updates & offerings etc. on your provided contact details i.e registered mobile number and/or email ID. If you elect not to receive this information from Satusha Creations, you may send an email to care@satushacreations.com with the subject line UNSUBSCRIBE to remove your information from our promotional database.
- ) Once an order has been confirmed, it may take up to 1-3 days to be shipped from our warehouse. Order once handed over to the courier partner reaches destination within 1-7 working days (varying as per pin code).
Cancellation of order
Satusha Creations reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Satusha Creations is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the Website policy or for any other reason. However, Satusha Creations will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Gautam Budhnagar.
Risk of loss
All items purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
